Green Capsicum - 1 small sized
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 3/4 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/2 tbsp chopped
Oil - 1.5 tbsp + 2 tsp
Salt - to taste

To saute and grind to a paste:
Big Onion - 1 small sized
Tomato - 1 small sized
Cashews - 3
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 3/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
green chilli - 1 no.
Preparation :

I tried this receipe with ready to heat parottas. Heat tawa and heat the ready made parottas with little extra oil. Actually for this recipe, the parottas have to be deeply fried in oil. Because of diet conciousness, it heated in tawa in low flame with little bit more oil. Heat them till they are crispier to cut or tear easily. Cut them apart and set aside.

In a tawa pour some oil and add onion, green chilli and ginger garlic paste and saute them. Once it is slightly changed in colour, add the tomato and coriander powder and garam masala powder and fry for some time till the raw smell goes. Switch off the gas and allow it to cool for some time and grind it to a fine paste.

Now heat the tawa, pour some oil and add the onion and fry for some time. Do not over fry. The colour should not change. Now add capsicum and fry it lightly. Add salt and chilli powder and saute for few mins. Add the grinded mix and fry till the mix turns semi solid. It should not be too dry. When it it semi solid, add the parottas and mix for some time. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.  (note: mix the parattos with the semigravy just before serving for a better look taste )

Note : the same can be done with chappathis too. Sure.. it will have a variation in taste.. But tastes good too.
