AAPPAM

Ingredients needed:

Raw rice-1 cup
Boiled rice-1 cup,
fenugreek seeds-1sp,
black gram-2sps
coconut-1[shredded]

Method:
Soak the raw rice, boiled rice, fenugreek seeds and the black grams for 6 to 8 hours. Then grind them smoothly with the coconut. Coconut water can be added to give taste.

Let the batter ferment in the night. You can make fresh aappams in the morning.

Goes well with Coconut Milk
